From August 1st, the "Second" tariff plans will change their name. The new versions will indicate a number of minutes instead of a number of air-time seconds included in the monthly subscriber fee.

There is good news for subscribers who use the "SECOND 9000" and "SECOND 15000" tariff plans: in the "SECOND 9000" tariff plan, the monthly subscriber fee is reduced to 45 dollars; and in the "SECOND 15000" tariff plan, 50 minutes of free air time is added.
